Upgrade tiers for legendary armor
Instead of having light level caps on specific armor and having all level 32s look the same why not have all legendary armor have an acendant tier that caps at lvl 30 and have a radiant tier (only atainable in CE) to bring you up to 32.
This would also make VoG gear usefull again
If anybody dislikes this idea please share why

1 ReplySame as saying weapons smith and armorer in the tower ,however, fewer options. I like the idea of raising any weapon or Armer. A solid idea well thought out.
