14 to enrage. If you do RB,RT,RT,RT,RT and down him three times on the first sword, you can kill him first down second sword. The RB will enrage and the four RT's will kill him. If you are on xbone, check my showcase, I have a full voice tutorial of how to run it perfectly.

He will enrage at 14 hits, I highly recommend doing everything you can to get him to exactly that point before ogres spawn, when you are getting him for the enrage try your best to get in 2 hits before he enrages, to a total of 15, and on the second down of the last sword finishing him should be a breeze. (I swordbear for my raid team and I consider 13 hits a must, generally 7-8 on the first sword and then carefully counted hits to a total of 13.) Instead of counting hits, I just ask for feedback after the 3rd down (after 1st break of 2nd sword). Rocket teams relays how much health is left and we limit damage on 4th down (2nd break of 2nd sword). If everything goes according to plan we often skip that down for fear of enraging. I believe it's 18 hits as well. Enrage occurs around the 13-15 mark. Not too sure as I use the following: RB,RB,RT - RB,RB,RT - RT If I get every hit we go to Ogres after 3rd down. If I miss an RT I'll make it up in the 4th down if need be.

Takes 20 RT on hard mode 13 leaves him one run left if you are running 3 sword strat

You want to be able to kill him on the third sword, realistically, and that's assuming you get 2 drops in with each sword. He enrages at 25% health.
