Edit. I received my first Gjallahorn from Hard Atheon just before weekly reset and still think Xur should sell it.

14 RepliesI heard he doesn't sell gjallahorn because that's the only exotic Deej doesn't have, and xur is programmed by a a few employees, but they don't sell gjallahorn because that would be to Deejs benifit.
