I am confused and frustrated. I have been through all networking help pages by bungie and microsoft. Non of them helped. I have completed 2 missions out of 10+ attempted today. Ranging from patrol-story-strike, all booted due to various errors or inability to communicate with destiny servers. I fail to see how my home network and/or my isp are causing every error that can possibly happen.

power cycle the router. Unplug it from the wall, wait for 30-45 seconds and wait a minute for the devices to reconnect to the internet. That should fix most connection errors
-
Same here, cattle, bee and anteater amongst many other things. I actually got quail for the first thing ever.
-
Hey Atlas Barnes, Are you seeing any specific Error Codes? Also, the following Help article has a detailed list of network troubleshooting tips: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11930
-
Bungie ' s servers are a -blam!-ing joke... that's it full stop... It's actually all their fault but our Internet gets the blame...
-
That should unlock a special trophy or achievement when that happens! Collect all error codes in 6 hours!
-
It is so exhausting and eventually I'll just stop trying.
-
i could make a house out of centipedes right now.
-
Anyone know if this is just Comcast networking issue with bungie servers?
-
Beaver won't leave me alone
-
I get hawk, hare, and CATERPILLAR not -blam!-ing stop
-
Well I've had weasel, rabbit, centipede, baboon marrionberry all in last 2 hours can't play more than 10mins
-
Same started happening to me after I got this update the other day. I can't even play a strike without getting kicked. I did the nexus strike 4 times(constantly getting kicked every 2-3 minutes *i was in game with a friend so I kept rejoining*) and it would not show that the bounty was completed. I just stopped playing because what's the point when I can't even get through a strike. It's not my internet because it's the error code about servers or some crap.

LIFE ACHEIVMENT EARNED
-
A week of caterpillar, now weasel. 10mins playtime. It's not my connection. Errors are inconsistent, sporadically and periodically different. Seriously, what is the issue.

Edited by Nova700: 3/4/2015 7:20:32 PMIt is because your ISP isn't the problem...bungie patched the game and now it is broke
-
Its not your internet its bungies servers. I'm having the same problems
-
Ditto. Tried doing both raids but had to give up. I could build a zoo with all the animal codes bungie uses.
-
man up Bungie please finally and honestly admit its your servers rather the blaming it all on us your loyal contributors or our isp. Before your server update last Tuesday i had been playing Destiny every day and since release i had two maybe three disconnects and returned to orbit. since your server update on Tuesday i'm lucky if i get more than 3 minutes game play before i get sent to the zoo (random animal code). I had six animals today before i gave up, it killed me doing the raid last night on hard as i kept letting my team down by getting disconnected. To be honest i'm not looking forward to the weekly reset as i don't wanna look like i'm a quitter when you keep sending me to the zoo. So please bungie sort this problem out for all of us we paid you good money in good faith for the game and the packs, but the way things are going at the moment i don't think this game has a 10 month lifespan let alone a 10 year one so please wake up a smell the number of less users playing your game and do something about it for us all.

Stop using the mobile app.

Got on this afternoon and there waa an update for destiny on xbox live before I logged into the game. not sure what it was about. but so far it seems to be working better
-
Same here. I had similar problems on Friday, (didn't play on Saturday) and it seemed to clear up on Sunday morning (although I only played for a few hours). However, issues seem to be back again. Various connectivity errors, but mainly Weasel at the moment. (Virgin Media ISP - UK). My laptop has been connected to my work's VPN all day long (believe me, if I have network connectivity issues, then the VPN will be the 1ST thing to go). Problem is not at my end.

Same here

Same problems here
-
I haven't been able to connect for the last couple hours. Keep getting the "banjo" error code. It's ridiculous how i payed for the game and it's dlc's and can't even connect randomly when it worked fine all day today

ARGH I was just kicked in the middle of public event with only 5seconds left! First of the day and definite gold... 3rd DC in 15minutes
