Xbox gamertag not associated

When logging into to Bungie using my Microsoft ID, it said there was no gamertag associated with that account but there is. I have played on the account for years and I've even played Destiny on it last night. Please help.

I sent several emails to bungie addresses to see if they'll fix it, but I'm not very hopeful. I found old posts about this problem from January that they never seemed to fix.
