I don't get "Bad Juju"
On just about every weapon Bungie trades impact for rate of fire - if one goes up the other goes down. But if you look at the stranger's rifle or three little words you see impact at 14 and rof at 66 then you compare that to Juju and see it has the same rof of 66 but a puny impact of 6. So it has to have a lower dps or am I missing something ? if so, then what gives ? why is the exotic the weakest than even a blue rifle ? I get it has some perks that can be great in some situations but from a purely 1v1 shooting standpoint it can't be considered a very good choice ?

It's meant for lower level PvE where they go down in a few bursts and the string of curses can come into play. For raids, nightfalls, pvp, etc. it's not as effective.
