Ruin Wings
About a month ago I received Ruin wings for my titan, and up until last week I could see a noticeable difference in the amount of heavy ammo drops I was receiving with seeds of ruin. But this past week I noticed that heavy ammo was dropping much less, and there wasn't nearly as much in each drop, I even tested this by running a few ROCs with and without Ruin Wings. The results were almost exactly the same, the only slightly noticeable difference was the amount in each drop. So this is my question, did the recent update just nerf seeds of ruin? Or am I just paranoid and unlucky?

I actually get this problem about 50% of the time im wearing them too. idk whats up. My buddy also gets that problem too and he says once he takes them off that heavy starts to drop after hes worn them and kills a bunch of things first

I haven't had this issue you seem to be having. I was patrolling Mars a couple of days ago and purple packets were dropping everywhere with 4-5 rockets for Truth apiece Are you collecting heavy ammo packets that dropped while you did NOT have Ruin Wings on, then collecting them with Ruin Wings ON? This will only give you the normal amount.
