Praedyths time piece or oversoul eddict
Hey guys,
Now that pulse rifles are more relevant and competitive in PVE and PVP, which of the two raid pulse riffles do you think are better?
In PVE and PVP. The oversoul has the advantage of auto but the time piece has some pretty decent perks. What do you think?

Praedyth's Timepiece is a laser. Headseeker is worthless but secret round is always useful in CQB
