mediator attention: character in gear lost during update
To whom this may concern approximately 30 minutes ago I was in the tower putting away my gear the update came and when I log back in to click my character I was missing my level 32 would lock with all my raid gear which consists of my raid helmet Raid chestpiece raid boots and Sunbreaker gauntlets my grimoire score is 2700 and I have over 368 cours put in the game -- can someone please contact me as soon as possible about this issue I would greatly appreciate

1 ReplyBungie can't make things un-happen. While they made the game, they don't have the ability to go back in time to fix issues that cause things like this to happen. I'm sure it is being looked into but for your gear, I'm afraid it's gonw

Hi, sorry to hear about this happening. I don't really have any suggestions outside of rebooting your console and hoping for the best, but I would advise you to remove your email address from the forum unless you really want to get a bench of spam.

13 RepliesDude I feel your pain, but at least you didn't get your character deleted... I could not imagine your pain right now that you spent hours farming for legit amour and all of a sudden your amour is gone. Again you can be in my position and get your character out of no-where deleted during the update and stuck between should I start over or just call it quits.
