You know in most companies, a spokesman who regularly antagonizes (intentional or not) the customers is not a positive thing. Another bungie employee was able to post a contructive comment to persuade skeptics of the positive sides of a woman only clan.
I find it odd to see an employee can offer a decent response where the community manager seems to be able to come up with what seems like an attempt to taunt and intimidate.
