No they shouldn't because of the 9.7% damage increase. With the current perks Bad juju is already a beast but lacking a bit of punch. I'm glad they wil buff the pulse rifles because I really love the Red death, Bad juju an oversoul edict. The one exotic that really needs a buff cause it's actually useless now is universal remote. It should have a nice range like a scout while aiming when you believe it's grimiore card but it's worthless even when it's spoiling your vault space
