Dedicated servers will fix these "bugs" and "glitches" people.

I am sick of the ignorance when it comes to calls for "Bug" fixes. 95% of these so called bugs or glitches are caused by having this type of game running on a peer to peer network. The call needs to change... We need to not only ask, but DEMAND.. DEDICATED SERVERS!! Thread after thread and so on of calls to fix raid "glitches". It is so naive. Maybe most of you console users have never experienced dedicated servers in a multiplayer game, which I totally understand, but I assure you, it's the only thing we should be crying out for. We complain here non-stop about "bugs" yet play the raids on a PTP system with players all over the globe? You never see requests in lfg posts requesting a locale... Are we really this dump? We are allowing and then judging our own experiences in game based on lag spikes and packet loss, on someone else's connection. Do you see how naive this is? We need to wake up community, we need the devs to understand that this is a blatant disregard to the quality of their product. A blatant disregard for our experiences within the destiny universe. And most of all, a complete understanding of the problem (as they are certainly well aware) yet refuse to acknowledge and implement a system that all top tier games need to live even close to ten years, with levels of success I know this game can achieve. Do you care bungie/activision? Do you really want this to be THE game of the decade? I know I do. If you don't understand what a dedicated server can do for this game check this spoiler.
Dedicated servers function in the sense of having an independent server host the the game you are playing. Instead of it being a member of your fireteams PS or Xbox that hosts the game. This creates much larger room for information packets to be lost. Imagine you fire your jellyhorn at a pesky praetorian on PTP. That info packet travels from your console, to a server, to the host, back to server and back to you. With a dedicated server the middle man server is also the host. So the info packet travels from your console to the server which is the host, and back to you. The chances of packet loss, are a small fraction of what they were when you take into account that dedicated servers are almost 10x more stable than the standard household broadband. It's the packet loss that is causing that sword to disappear (I would wager that jitter on the hosts line causes the sword data not to "drop" on the hosts console, when the game refreshes off the host the sword is gone for all). It's also the cause of regening enemy health. Relic shields dropping etc etc etc.
Bump if you understand the difference dedicated servers can make to a game like this. Bump if you understand that they are not only wanted but needed to achieve a level of quality this "10 year plan" deserves. BUMP so we can remove a lot of naivety from this place. Also give an upmote. And then bump some more.
