Don't know if this idea has been posted already, but here's what I've been thinking. Sometimes you get a legendary that you really like the look of, but it's perks are utter crap. Maybe you could take it to the gunsmith to re-roll the perks, like you would Iron Banner. He could accept a certain amount of weapon parts and glimmer to do so. This could give some purpose to the gunsmith other than for heavy ammo. Post what you think below, I'd love to hear what you have to say.
