The only chance there will be Halo 4 on PC is if Windows 8 comes with the ability to play 360 games. Other than that, I [i]highly[/i] doubt it.
Just keep in mind that it's been rumored that [i]every[/i] Halo was going to get a release on PC. Halo 2 was (Much before it was decided that it would be ported), Halo 3 was, Reach was and now Halo 4.
