Cloak of Oblivion? When? If? Why not?

Obviously this isn't in the game yet...
My question is this... Is there any official information on these exotic class items?
Are any of them coming in HoW?
Is the exotic class item idea scrapped completely? If so will we see these in the future as legendary items?
That Cloak is my personal favorite from anything I've seen for a hunter, but there is almost zero real information out there about some these mysterious items.
Just wondering if I'm spinning my wheels in hoping to ever see this bad boy on my Hunter.

All official information you'll be able to find on [b][url=https://www.bungie.net/en/News]Bungie's Blog[/url][/b]. Bungie hasn't made any announcements regarding House of Wolves, other than it's launching in Q2 this year (April, May or June). Have to wait and see!
