Best sniper in the game?????

Effrideets Spear. Can be rerolled to suit your gameplay and for PvE / PvP. Ice breaker is nice for ammo which is only useful against oracles in VoG. Black hammer is great against strike bosses. But overall effrideets spear takes it for me.
