Regarding crying from a game, I haven't actually cried because of a game but these have been emotional.
Uncharted 3: Sully's "death" made me rage at the enemy. I was really pissed.
Mass Effect 3: Thane and Mordin's deaths hit me pretty hard.
Gears of War 3: Dom's death was pretty well done. It was the usage of Mad World that made it good.
