Traveler Rasputin stranger theory
Ok here goes, the stranger states that she has done this whole set events over and over again so that means the traveler and Rasputin have done the same thing over and over. The stranger is the only one that we know for sure that has prior knowledge of past times going through this ordeal but why would a powerful entity not know the same ie the traveler. Well why wouldn't an ai that has the power to hack an command said entity wouldn't be able to do the same so if that is possible it makes sense that the ai would know what would be happening and be able to more accurately take control of the situation and begin to correct the problems just a thought to think about and expand if needed thanks

No doubt that the exo stranger is a time traveler. All that time to explain why she has no time explain. To worried about waisting your time. Her grimore cards says it all, not to mention the gun she gives you as well. A robot endlessly going through time trying to solve a problem with the war of her present all happening at once. That or everything I just said is completely insane. But hey more ends and beginnings right?

Could explain why RSPN has been keeping everyone out best he can, including Guardians. I think that the stranger has a link to the Vex and is reliving experiences to fix things, RSPN is trying to survive, and that the traveler has a darker agenda of it's own.
