Need help with Croats Raid at 390

I have been playing Destiny since day one, but have never done any raids because I don't know enough people to raid with. After the latest update and seeing the Crota gear... I NEED IIIIT. I would love to join a clan or some people join me. Just wanna get that sweet gear. Not a noob to the game, but I would be on the Raid part. I've watch people do it on YouTube tho.
