I was just booted and I can't reconnect. Error code: cattle

EDIT: 13:23PM I'M BACK ON. I UNPLUGGED THE PS4, MODEM, AND ROUTER FROM THE MAINS TO RESET (second try).
I've logged in and out successfully since, so I have no idea what the problem is. If you manage to get on, please post to let others know so they can try again.

Same problem here after reseting everything twice. Reset Modem, Router, Xbox One (hard reset), and STILL getting Banjo on every sign in attempt. I have Comcast in Georgia US.

I've already contacted Comcast and they don't see any issues on there end, and say they haven't recieved calls concerning this. Most likely Bungie did something and screwed the Comcast connection to their servers, Bungie has been having issues since about 7:30 EST and that is most likely the issue but they can't figure out what they did as the more the try to patch crap that don't truly matter they screw more up.

I have deleted the destiny app and reinstalled it. I have tried to connect directly and wirelessly. All to no avail. All other online functions of my PlayStation 4 work perfectly. My connection speed on my PlayStation 4 is 36 Mbps. This is been going on for two days. Please help!

It's also worth it to note that if you go to the network settings on XB1, it says purchase and content usage service is experiencing issues by the network status. And when you connect notice it will go 'Connecting.....signing in......" but never gets to the 'verifying content' part. It's possible this is a problem with XB Live/PSN being able to verify the integrity of your installation/DLC.
