I too am a member of the New Monarchy. While i currently sport none of their equipment, except Vanquisher VIII, i could equip Helmet/Gauntlets/Boots if i choose. The other factions are of zero significance. FWC and DO have to share the most industrial portion of the Tower, the least appealing. New Monarchy shares space with only valuable individuals. They occupy the most beautiful portion of the Tower. And, in reality, New Monarchy has the most political power over the City. If we choose, we could kick you low level FWC or DO fanboys out, but we are bigger than that. We feel pity for you, so we let you stay. We are generous people, just don't get in our way. The NM citizens are generous and forgiving, the NM Guardians... not so much.
