if you are for or against state why.
bungie has formally stated they will never and have no intentions of implimenting one, but maybe if enough of the forum pop agrees or disagrees they could in a perfect world listen.
I believe there should be. not for the players or to fix the shitty loot system, but for bungie to keep it's gamers. From a PR standpoint your loot system is flawed, and you have no intent on changing it, so let the players fix it by letting them trade. the game is at a point where there is little to no real world value on raid gear or loot if you are saying there's no trade for RWT prevention.

Selling gally $100.. No trading is -blam!-ing retarded.
-
Trading should only be allowed between Fireteam members and just after an activity
-
No it would take away the grind and all that time I spent on getting every exotic ( except new titan boots) would be rendered pointless because now you can just trade and get what ever the blam you want
-
2 AntwortenOnly if it's between clan members.
-
No, they already spoke about this and they will not make a trade system because they would like each player to have their own "story" with how they got each piece of gear and each weapon. Which is smart. I used to want a trade system but I like to work for my rewards. If there is a trade system then someone who has multiple excess gallys could just practically give them out for a piece of crap weapon. It's a cool idea to be able to trade but at the same time it's not fair. It's RNG, just hope you get lucky
-
Nope, bc it will be abused to hell and back. You want to get my gjallerhorn? $100 please!
-
I world make tons of money off destiny if we could trade
-
Depends on the type of trading. If they allow us to trade after a match I'd be OK with that. Anything else I think would be an issue.
-
Yes if it's an even trade; legendary for legendary, rare for rare. That way brand new people don't just get all this legendary gear handed to them first week.
-
No. But if they do it should be legendary for legendary.no exotics
-
4 AntwortenOnly NOOBS want trading.

Bearbeitet von awesomest090_: 6/11/2015 10:03:41 PMPeople won't have to work for what they have If a friend just gets a seconds gally and one doesn't have one that's just cheap and isn't fun when you get a good drop and feel happy about it with trading destiny would be so boring
-
I think they should but only a certain way. Say in a nightfall I got a ghally and my fireteam member got suros? I already have ghally, he has suros but I don't have suros and vice versa for him. At this point before we leave the endgame screen, we trade for each others weapon. This works in raid as well maybe.
-
Against. Imagine having to waste your time in raids, weekly strikes, or nightfalls, carrying level 34 noobs who got all their gear from their friends. The game is meant to be hard, and the loot is meant to be earned. Even if you can't control what you get, you know what activities will yield the best results. It takes time to get the gear and the skill to finish those activities. That's how it should be, in my opinion. For example, I'm hundreds of hours into Destiny with no Gjallarhorn to show for it. What would be more exciting: having a friend give one to me, or the moment when one finally drops? As frustrating as it can be sometimes, we wouldn't be talking about weapons and gear of mythical status if people could just hand it over. And I think that's part of what makes Destiny interesting.

3 AntwortenBearbeitet von T3A Complete: 6/11/2015 7:45:35 PMI have stated this before and usually get positive responses. Traiding can only be done at the end of a Nightfall or a Raid. Traiding can only consist of items that dropped during said Raid/Nightfall 5 min trade window at the END of the activity. EXAMPLE: At the end of Crota anything that dropped during the entire raid can be traded with other members of the fire team. So player A got a chest piece for his Titan that he doesn't need. Player B needs the chest piece and HoC dropped for him these players can "trade" these items since " AS A TEAM " they earned them (really hate the term earned but kinda fitting here) Once players go to orbit or the 5 min window expires trading is over and done. I think "general trading" is a bad idea. But a fireteam should be able to trade rewards. EDIT: I should add PoE to the list as well but maybe only on the 32/34/35 levels.

The whole point of the endgame is grinding for loot. Why would we even play if you could just spam the forms for the loot you want.
-
In halo you played because playing was fun. The reward was the experience. In destiny it's not about the means it's about the ends. We play because we like the game on some level, but the real motivation is the loot. If a trade system was implemented then we would quickly aquire all the gear that we want and need. Not to mention that the gear would be less special and thus not worth grinding for. And don't even get me started on how people would monetize it. Imagine people trading Gjallarhorn, Hawkmoon, and intellect discipline ToO gauntlets that have hand cannon and heavy weapon reloader for $70-$200.
-
Wouldnt work. The rng system would have to be completely reworked to keep players on the grind. Items would need to drop from specific enemies. (Like raids) with a way higher drop rate. Now your grinding the same strike/mission over and over. Xur would no longer sell exotics. The rng system now makes it to where your not farming the same activity. Its also set up so you obtain exotics easily. Getting all is where the grind is. With a trading system drop rates would need to be so low that the only way to all exotic would be through trading. This would make harder obtained weapons something a select few would have. Main point. It to late to change it. Its would be a flooded market, exotics would have to trade value.

I've responded on here-- but I want to be clear, also for anyone else with this question-- do you mean trade in the game, or do you mean trade things outside the game for money? If A-- I think it should be done, it's socially wise and eco-system smart to ensure a better 'social life' in the game and longevity for it. If B-- Bungie is not responsible for that, let people do what they want to do-- it isn't a concern of Bungies or anyone elses. Tired of people trying to control one another.

4 AntwortenNo, everyone would have every gun, just to think everyone with the last word, please, no, if it wasnt for crucible i would be fine, but its not like the community thinks "yes lets have fun and use different things to make everyone happy and have a good time", everyone abuses of something, the community will find a way to make the game go down, they allways do, even tho i'd like to give my friends these 4 gjallarhorns
-
5 AntwortenNo. Why? Play Borderlands and you'll know why.
-
Only during the reward screen.. So it can't be taken advantage of...
-
Sure why not Ships / shaders / emblems only
-
Not a big enough resource pool to do it with. Everyone would have everything and the game would be trivialized. If they build destiny from the ground up on their second game I can see it happening. However trading would ruin this game.
-
I'm for the idea of trading drops with someone for a short period after an event completion. But personally it will just drain the fun out of it,trading comes in and everyone gets exactly what the want day 1.Games like this are geared for the grind, but we still love them
