Especially in hard mode, shit is ridiculous. I'm a Level 30 Titan with both subclasses fully explored. I did my first hard mode full clear today (having done partial clears in the past).
I also have a level 27 Gunslinger (not even fully maxxed out) and have played others' level 29 warlocks.
1) Titans are useless. You can say "oh hey but if you do this SPECIFIC THING HERE you can be marginally useful, but that just means you're useless compared to a hunter or warlock. Your area damage is garbage (Titan grenades SUCK), defender shield is incredibly situational (it would be less so if we could choose weapons of light o be an aura instead of the shield), and fist of havoc is a suicidal endeavor (because it doesn't knockback any surviving enemies, which it needs to do since AI melee is stupidly strong). It is more desirable to have a raid with only hunters and locks than it is to have one with a Titan in it.
2) Warlocks are ridiculous. Not because the class itself is ridiculous (in fact, it and the hunter are pretty much on par witht heir damage dealing abilities, AOE capabilities etc), but because of how you decided hard mode would work. "NO REZZING".... except if you are super-skilled (aka you picked a warlock) and can self rez every time you die. It is more desirable to have a 6 warlock raid than to have any other comp. Period.
3) Strength is a garbage stat. I don't really know what to tell you here. I have no idea how a stat that is so undesirable (comparatively- Anyone would rather have 50 disc or int than 400 Strength) for pretty much EVERYTHING (its not COMPLETELY useless in PVP, but its close) makes it into the game when the stat itemization is random. Anybody not actively avoiding str in the raid is less desirable than someone who is stacking disc or int or some combo of the two.
Why is #3 under class balance? Because you clearly intended for melee to be useful somehow, but it isn't. To add insult to injury, you put jihad mobs in the only raid's final boss fight. I can't imagine the encounter designer who did this had anything in mind other than sticking a salt-laden finger into the open wounds of a strength-focused playstyle (which of course, is heavily encouraged for Titan ability synergy) and twisting it around as much as possible.
So when are we going to see these things addressed? I can't imagine how nerfing auto rifles and fixing the mythoclast take a higher priority over completely broken class design. Or adding bumpers to atheon because applying the same code that prevents a Phogoth cheese to every boss is apparently hard.
Fundamentally, when it is time to raid, I wish I was on anything other than a Titan. When I play my Hunter, which can't do hardmode yet, I contribute far more to the team. When I play a Warlock in hardmodes, I contribute the most I possibly can, because "oops i died" is something I and my clanmates can do multiple times in a fight and not have it result in a 5,4,3,2,1 man. effort .
So seriously, WHEN are you going to address this with a patch in game? I don't want to know when you're going to talk about it. I want to know WHEN it will be patched. Unless I know when that is, investing anymore time or shards (aka playing your game and paying for PSN) into either my Titan or Hunter is a waste.

5 Antworten1) Bullshit. As a Striker Titan, I can hold my own against oncoming hordes with ease. It's all about enemy prioritization. I have also gone toe to toe with both Minotaurs and Praetorians and won in boxing matches with them. Titans are only as good as the player playing them. They fit my "In Your Face" playstyle allowing me to take PvE head on and survive. In fact I survive better in PvE then in PvP where people have learned to deal with Rushers. 2) I would consider that cheesing personally. The point of Hard Mode to me is to practice until you can run the normal Raid without casualties and then kick it up a notch for a challenge once you've mastered the Raid. If a Warlock dies, at least they can get back up to help. 3) Each Melee has unique effects based on perks you choose. My melee as it is now is a self centered grenade since my Storm Fist is like a second grenade with an AOE pulse when I hit with it. But I can only AOE pulse when Storm Fist is off cooldown. More Strength means More Storm First. Defender Titans mean more Warding Fist so they become even more ridiculously tough. BladeDancer Hunters can strike from behind for more OHKO. Seriously all three of your complaints just tell me you need to practice more.
