In the beginning of every match there is a cut scene where teams can see themselves spawn there's a flag bearer and everyone strikes a badarse pose with their weapons ala Charlie's angels/A-Team. I think there should be a similar cut scean at the end. The winning team is shown standing/approaching the losing team's flag. Winning teams flag bearer passes flag to the player with most assist and the player with the most kills kicks over or takes down the opposing teams flag. Also for specific game modes there can be unique actions like Control player with the most captures holds the opposing teams flag above their head. Skirmish player with the most revives can have the fire team leader patting then on the back thanking them/saluting them. Combined Arms player with the most vehicle kills can be seen leaning or sitting on a pike while the player who destroyed the most vehicle's stand a top a smoldering destroyed vehicle. I honestly have ideas and scenarios for every game mode. We can never predict what mood RNGesus will be in at any given moment but maybe this way players who did their do can get a little credit for what they contributed to the match. This could run during the loot/stats screen in the background if time is an issue.
