lower level armor looks so cool, why aren't their higher level versions?
As a warlock, some of the coolest armor I've ever seen was Tengu operant and a raven sheath helm. Why are these gorgeous and imposing armors not available at higher levels? I would love to run around with that BEAUTIFUL gear but it is so low tier that it's not useful to wear? Can we get some sort of armor cosmetic style options that would allow us to wear what gives us our preferred stats and have the option to look how we wish as well?
perhaps this could be sold at Eva Levante's shop? I'm sure she would love to sell more then just emblems and those 4 shaders?

Great idea. Some of the better looking armour for Titans are the lower lvl armour.

Warlock armour looks terrible past level 20 imo. I dunno what they were thinking. I agree the stuff I got levelling to 20 looked better than the crap I've gotten now.
