Please read my other comments below before commenting. ie - I knew it was 1 in 3 chance. ie - this was my 3rd exotic engram of not my class, etc
I think this is an issue and I suggest some fixes - See my replies to Henry123x
EDIT
I still think each class should at least be able to aquire their classes helmet from Xur reliably.
------------------RANT--------------------
I am practicly ready to give up on Destiny already.
Trying to level from 26 to 27.. Spent a week grinding motes and another week waiting for Xur because I was a few hours late due to the whole weekend thing...
So yeah, I was looking forwed to finialy getting into some seriose fun and guese what... Xur gave me a Titan specific class Helmet.. I'm a Hunter ffs....
I've got all purple gear with the exception of my blue helmet... Seriose Bungie.. Can't you have it check what I desperately need first before allowing my exotic engram to turn into a useless door stop.. Yes I had to burn the thing, yes it gave me exotic materials in exchange, but I lost 23 motes and 2 weeks of gameplay.

1 AntwortenBearbeitet von MrBubbles115: 10/12/2014 7:50:45 AMThe game analyzes all the data that you put into it. Say you profusely use a warlock at some point your going to get a different class item, I'd like to believe it's the game nudging you to diversify. Same thing with using specific weapons, just finished a strike with 100 kills, ten being shotgun, 60 being pulse rifle, and twenty being machine gun, five for ability and five for grenades. The game compiles this data into percentages, basically you would more than likely end up with a crappy blue primary engram (not all the time obviously) of you ran it that way multiple times. Trying to prove the PLS theory is the same as proving its a simple RNG, like proving that a religion is false. Do with this information as you will.
