Just posting this again, because the original post was marked as answered and it clearly ISN'T. I am clearly still not playing, among MANY others. All we need is maybe a little reassurance that our problem is still being worked on. Maybe an update now and then would help. Has NTS been contacted? Is the situation being resolved? How long will this take? Is this even ABLE to be fixed?? These are the type of answers/updates we need. Thank you in advance!
