I believe that the phrase goes... "Size doesn't matter".
English
-
In an open-world video game it does. While it is true that you can use what space you have to do great things, space is like a container. You can put 10 of the worlds most delicious cookies in this container...or you could have a bigger container and put 20 of the worlds most delicious cookies in it. The same holds true here. The amount of space there is will limit the amount of things to do
-
You could also only have put 10 cookies in the larger container. Leaving you feeling mislead.
-
That's not the point tho. If u want the most should u get the smaller container or the bigger one?
-
Size of the container has no effect on the contents of said container
-
I really mean no disrespect, but you really aren't understanding the point. Like I said before, you can have a container that contains 10 of the best cookies in the world. Wouldn't it be better to have a container that can contain 20 of the best cookies?
-
It is a simple idea. I see what you are saying. As for missing the point it appears that you are missing mine. Just because it is huge, wide open space, dose not mean that it will be filled with any more quality content that it would be if it was smaller.
-
I'm also trying to play both sides of peoples arguments in this thread...so there's that too
-
Cop out bro.
-
Cop out of what?
-
To not stand your ground. It just seemed. Like you stated, well I am not even holding this opinion I have been blaring.
-
Here is the thing. We are speaking on things we don't know much about. Certain things you can hold a position on (like how having a larger container gives more potential for the contents)...but at the end of the day we are all speculating this issue. So when people post with confidence, I like to show them a just-as-possible other side to things. Not coping out, cause I believe what I say, I'm just think that it's good to understand both sides of an issue. That's why I kept on stating my point to you, because you never addressed the point I was making. (With all respect) typically in a debate a person makes a point and then the other addresses that point with a rebuttal. I was confused because you didn't address my point, but instead kept stating yours.
-
I understand that. My only idea was that if they made more space to work with then they could have more space to do things with. Both ideas two sides of the same coin. It's all about balance.

...I want to believe that... I really do but my wife disagrees

Well that's what I keep hearing at least... Self burn!
