FPS games will always come down to the first shot in most general cases. Halo wasn't any different, generally the person who got the first BR shot on somebody would (or at least should win that gunfight). Counting shots in this game is hard just simply because there are so many weapons in the game, so I guess you would need to learn the damage pattern for every single weapon in order to do so. The TTK is definitely not as low as CoD but the reason it's not as high as Halo's is due to the head shot damage modifier, if you hit body shots you'll notice how slow it really takes to kill someone.

So what it really comes down to is a very skilled playerbase? Aim-for-the-head has been drummed into players for a very long time now so I guess I could see that being the case, ha.

Bearbeitet von Elevation: 7/23/2014 9:58:01 AMWell in my opinion it's some what easy to hit head shots while using an Auto Rifle, if there was a playlist that forced players to use Scout/Pulse Rifles I think the gap would definitely widen out a lot between average players and the really good players. I feel that Auto Rifles are a big reason as to why the TTK feels as low as it does at times.

AR's are OP, there's no question about it. I don't even like to use my AR's because of the ease with which I drop people with them. I've been rolling with the hand cannons lately! =P
