In this location? No.
Why? It's an intersection, where the only thing people should be looking at is the lights and other cars.
where the only thing people should be looking at is the lights and other cars
Tell that to every other person that's texting, putting on make-up, eating food, etc while driving
-
ok, 1. food doesn't distract you while driving, and if it DOES distract you, you're retarded and shouldn't be on the road anyway, and 2. Texting is already illegal, and is being acted on.
-
Eating while driving is one of the top reasons teens crash today, statistically.
-
in what country, because in the country where I come from, no one is that -blam!-ing stupid that they can't pay attention to the road while eating.
-
America. And I'm 19 years old, and my friends and I have always gone out to drive thrus and would eat before or after parties or when we're out and about.
-
America explains everything, the average intelligence level down there it pretty low, so people being too stupid to pay attention to the road should be expected.
-
Well our colleges are the best in the world, so usually our upper teens are some of the smartest. But I'd say it being in America explains the food distracting drivers as being self-explanatory.

Reaching for a napkin or spilling food/drink can be a major distraction People still text and rive anyway. Passed an entire line of cars and everybody was looking down at their phones
-
if you manage to spill your shit, it's because your clumsy, which means it's your fault, it isn't you being "distracted", it's you being an idiot and spilling your -blam!-ing drink while sitting in a car FULLY EQUIPPED to prevent it from happening. If you text, it's your fault for being too -blam!-ing stupid to look away from your phone and pay attention, people like that DESERVE the accidents they get in to.
