... It was negative 22 degrees with wind chill Tuesday and I had classes from 6:30 AM until 5:15 PM.

On Tuesdays, I have class from 8:00 AM - 11:30AM, work noon - 5:00 PM, and class 6:00 PM-9:30PM, and my school was ranked in the top 10 snowiest schools in the US by the Princeton Review. So yes. That sounds like a normal Tuesday to me.
