With the new generation of consoles just a few months away and Destiny being released on both generations of console. PS3 and PS4 (and lets not forget X-Box 360 and X-box One). I'd like to know if both games are running on the playstation network, will Sony/Bungie allow PS4 Player to play with PS3 players?
This is also a question for X-Box players.
I'd love it if you could play anyone on PSN without caring about your console generation, but both Sony and Microsoft have always had a notion of "out with the old, in with the new" when releasing new consoles.
What do you think?

The only gains are being able to play with all your friends no matter the console (which console makers dont give a shit about) and being able to match make with more people (which is pointless since there are tens of millions of players on each console and even shared worlds can only hold a couple thousand tops).
