In conclusion - Drugs and prostitution are freedoms which should be legal to use responsibly. And at the same time we should also be honest and educate on the harms of harmful drugs and not glamorize their use like we did with cigarettes. Prohibition is not an answer, it's part of the problem.
Drugs and prostitution are freedoms which should be legal to use responsibly.
Agreed. With legalization, comes regulation and taxation. The taxes from the "sin behaviors" could be used to fund rehab programs, educational programs, and/or STD tests for prostitutes.

I think you reached that conclusion a long time ago and drug companies would definitely attempt to glamorize their drugs without regulation.
-
And there should be large outrage and backlash over that, and people need to educate themselves. We should do everything we can to spread awareness, not create unjust laws which only harm us all. Have you ever heard anyone say, "Man, I'd love to try heroin! But it's illegal! :(" The only drug I use is marijuana and red wine occasionally for health. I don't even use caffeine, that is a very nasty drug which more people need to be educated on.

Caffeine is one of those drugs that people don't realize is actually fairly harmful. I occasionally have some with particular sodas but that is about it unless you consider chocolate to have a lot of caffeine.
-
Does chocolate contain caffeine? I am curious.
-
Yeah, cocoa does, but only a very small amount
