Nessus is bugged
No flags where there should be one before an activity, shows on map but not in area and Boss on Exodus Black is bugged again, just FYSA.

Flags are not showing up on the glimmer drill event in the Cosmodrome.

For the Servitor boss you have to let it teleport once before killing the first servitor shielding it. People kill it too fast which causes it to bug out and stay immune.

Happens on Europa as well..i think a few destinations are bugged like this

Flags disappear in the dreaming city too, especially the divalian mists events. Didn't used to happen so often.

So is Kepler. I'll load into Patrol on Caldera to finish out some quick Orders, and after a while all the enemies become invisible.

This happens on every planet every now and again. Sometimes fast traveling back to the same area can fix it, but its not guaranteed. Also, unlike the Servitor boss in Watcher’s Grave that was bugged for like 2 years and never worked, the one in Exodus Black is still possible to complete occasionally.
