Troubleshooting Done: Tested on Mobile Hotspot and it still fails. Also cleared PS5 cache, rebuilt database, and changed DNS.
Since the error happens on two different networks (Home ISP and Mobile Data), it seems to be an account-side issue or a server routing bug. Please help!
