When doing the mission "Welcome to the Frontier" I can progress through the mission just fine, right up until the loot room at the very end of the mission after exfiltration. When the loot room is reached, no loot chest spawns. The room appears unchanged from the beginning of the mission, the white circle and prompt for the shank still being present. As stated, no loot chest ever spawns, and thus the mission will not complete. Going to orbit does not update the Renegades questline as having completed the mission. When loading back in, I always encounter the softlock mentioned in the known issues page with the shank where the known workaround is to unequip the Renegade abilities and load back in. After doing so, the mission will progress as normal until the loot room, where I am again softlocked in the manner described above. EDIT: Resolved; unknown cause, ran the mission again after posting and it just worked
