I load into the final room, and it looks like this. I have been able to reattempt this mission 3 times, with the same result. I have tried hitting the key for the tutorials, I have tried slowing down, I have tried doing everything the mission says to do. Edit: SOLUTION FOUND!!! I was on a VPN, but I think this is a secure packeting issue. I do not have the willpower to keep testing, but it might have something to do with a user NAT. Bungie should fix packeting issues because some base networks are going to have the problem. But for right now, change your network. Try a VPN, or try removing it.
