EXACT same thing happened to me - landed from drop ship losing most of my health, and like stuck inside a rock i cannot see - allows the SLIGHTEST movement inside this space. - Went Back to orbit, restarted mission but could not board spider's drop ship - the ramp would not lower. - Removed the renegade abilities as per a tip i found, back to orbit and came back a 3rd time, selected the 2 abilities again & the ramp lowered. - Landed on the planet with a bang again and SAME THING STUCK!!! can't crouch, NOTHING FFS! - back to orbit, back to remove the renegade skills, because if i have them, spider doesn't talk and the ramp will not lower to advance the missions, so back to orbit, back to reselect the skills, wait for spiders speech yet again, board ship, landed locked again. hit the Z key to bring up renegade skills, hit q when pormpted and tossed a heal turret a distance away - still locked ... thought to myself maybe on myself to try jar loose, but it bounced INTO THE WHITE CIRCLE THAT LOOKS LIKE A RALLY POINT - THIS FINALLY UNLOCKED ME & allowed me to proceed with the mission. That's an hour of my life i Cannot get back :( What if we made a game - Refused to test it and not allow players to advance the campaign .... Bungie, I am near done with this frustration you drop on us. - I have been a super tester in Multiple games to fix bugs like this - you are your worst enemy to your own game.

This one isn’t a bug. You use the keybind it instructed you to use to switch over your abilities to the renegade ones and prompts you to use the grenade healing ability.
