Is there anyway that i can unlink my bungie account from one PlayStation account to another one

No, as of March 25th platform accounts are permanently bound to the Bungie profile and cannot be unlinked (with the exception of Twitch). Just a note, progression is permanently bound to the platform account; so if you were thinking you could move the progression from one PSN account to another PSN account then even if the change above didn't happen that would still not be possible.
