Restoring licenses did not work, so I filled out the contact form you presented. The response I was given simply stated that they cannot track purchases made not involving silver. The assistance I have gotten so far from contact forms has been abysmal. I had the Cabal Arrival Transmat for years but because I didn't spend extra money, beyond the regular expansions, I have been dismissed. If there is any help you could provide from the forums I would greatly appreciate it, because whatever team is running the contact forms clearly has zero understanding of customer service.
