Left side is before update / Right side after update. The comparison photos all use the Default Shader. It is not a Shader issue or a viewing angle issue. The texture is straight up missing. The image on the right (after update) I had exaggerated the viewing angle to show the missing texture in better detail. here is another comparison this time at a matching angle.
