Lately, I've been playing Portal when I choose to. It mostly depends on which modifiers are active. I complete enough challenges to max rank for next week's Zavala drops. If I play more, that's fine. If not, that's fine too. Although T5 gear would be nice, I feel no need to grind it out. I'll be lucky to make it to 450 before Renegades, and honestly, don't feel the need to. When not in Portal, I've been back to the worlds for "fun stuff." The public events are typically well attended. The patrol spaces are very rarely empty. I still have to get exotic kvostov, so I've been working towards that. I'm a dungeon newbie, so I had two sherpa'd runs last weekend. Dares was busy and filled easily. It'd be nice to be able to get drops above 200 in the worlds, some gear is dropping at 10. I understand it would take a major change to bring everywhere into tiered loot. I'd be fine without if we could still get powered drops just for infusion-fodder. Imagine a new light with all of the campaigns to play?! They'd be stuck either doing campaigns for nothing much or playing portal. Ick.
