ENHANCED RECYCLED ENERGY DOESN'T WORK.
The perk doesn't work most of the time and neither give enhanced energy. It drops on solstice weapons already enhanced. There's also cases of other enhanced perks not working.
Come on bungie, fix those enhanced perks, it makes no sense to put them on the game if they don't work, hell if needed change the perk for wellspring so i can at least get my energy back when playing with my godrolls.
