Khvostov, 340s, and bygones want for nothing. With the right exotic they are extremely potent. The best pvp players can exploit the ease of use. Many members of the community just prefer HC play style. Pulses are very strong at the moment.

Pulses will take up those top slots because the majority of players don't know how to play against them and how to exploit the firing cadence of the lower RPM Pulse Rifles in duels.
