Can't download Rise of Iron and Taken King Collectors Edition.
They're not downloadable even though I've completed the story for both and have items from the dlc. Also missing some items I know I had in my vault. I literally have the mental disc case & Book with the real strange coin, caydes notes and cards, and the sleeper poster. I also checked my Destiny Item Manager a have screenshots of my triumphs, like completing the rise of iron campaign, getting all the Siva clusters for Outbreak, and the mission in rise of iron where you get the exotic sword and become Iron Lord. Do I have to buy this again because I already have 3 copies of the game, Destiny, Destiny The Collection, and Destiny the Taken King Collector's Edition. I can send many pictures for proof but please just help me out here..

Unfortunately, if that doesn't work, Bungie has no control over the licenses, so you will have to work with the store's support team to have them verify your purchase and restore any licenses as needed.
