Le monarque is fine, its nerf really put it under given the poison cant finish players if you land body shots
Jotün is also not really an issue, its fairly easy to dodge it.
Prismatic Hunter is fine, the outlier is the combo. Not the individual abilities but how they are in tandem.
Radar manipulation also isnt too much of a problem if youre cautious given its currently the meta.
Personally i do agree with 340 pulses being strong but nerfing them wouldnt be a good idea given how it would just make them worse than 390s.
Pulses are in an overall awkward spot given the amount of frames they have, nerf 1 and you need to bring the rest down slightly to compensate.
Fusions are also a little strong, more so certain perk combos on the faster charging fusions. Slow charge fusions are fine.
Scouts are also fine in my opinion given they dont tend to see too much play and are only viable some times and typically get outplayed by being slightly agressive or being on a smaller map.

Its good on a map that scouts actually work on. Weve seen more close quarter maps rather than long lane maps in recent history which tends to put Jade at a disadvantage (not to mention a Box Breathing Hung Jury SR4 can beat it) Scouts are overall fine, just dont try to out range them, instead either use a better scout or close the gap.
