But does it seem like every game I load into in crucible is all sweats? I’m at not too great but the high amount of sweats makes me not want to come back to playing at all. I understand the “git gud” and that’s not necessary here but was wondering if it’s just me?

Bearbeitet von Willakkuma: 8/11/2024 3:33:34 AMJust troll the playlist like everyone else. Be effective in your duels, forget about playing to win....nobody cares. The playlist has been handed back over to the Bungie beneficiaries. You can main Special and crutch ability the entire match. Join tbe crowd - Dont engage until your abilities are up and you have special. Camp if ypu need to. Prosper...... This is how you answer "git gud" . Troll, troll, troll.

Bearbeitet von KungFooGrip2404: 8/11/2024 6:35:55 PMNobody is playing. The PvP team if you can call them that have ruined the mode. They are so bad it makes me question their qualifications.

Depends on what you are running in with. If appointed meta? You will do fine. If not? You gotta work at it, and accept loss more often than not. If you are running meta and still coming out at a loss then perhaps it is you. But, first take a look at whats "good", and just try that.

1 AntwortenThe only players left in pvp are the ones who have no life in the real world. They are diehard tryhards because D2 pvp is the only thing they've ever managed to excell at.

The bottom has been falling out for a while now and it's only going to get worse.

Bearbeitet von Willakkuma: 8/11/2024 4:43:03 AMSeriously. What do you main? Cheese it up as much as possible = your personal "meta". Forget the so - called high brows here that insist on shotty / hand cannon. F* ck em..... Camp the back with a scout rifle & save your abilities fir when they come after you....do what you have to do to. Be effective. Look up "blight stalker" by true vanguard. Cheesy as hell....and old school, but you could aggravate people & get sone kills. Nobody cares about winning. Concentrate on winning your 1v1s. Forget the "objective" as priority...... Play it 2nd. This is today's crucible.

Honestly I struggled with PvP for awhile when I first started playing it; thought the problem was other people, not me. It took me an embarrassingly long time to realize I didn't have effectively distributed stats or an optimized build, and I was using weapons and exotic armor that didn't really jive with my playstyle, even though it seemed like I did. My advice would be to look around for builds on YouTube, Blueberries, Light, or Mobalytics. You can certainly start by copying the builds you find exactly, but I would recommend eventually tweaking and fine-tuning things to fit how you like to play and what seems most effective for you. I have quite a lot of fun in PvP (it's my primary game mode), although that might be because I mostly play casual modes. Yes, the balance is pretty wonky and can be more than a little frustrating at times, but it's also really rewarding when you start to get in the groove. Good luck!

No not just you.

Hehe, this rank 11 with the flawless title was fuming in trials the other day. Called me out for talking back, told me to leave. Fella had 3 kills, I was one behind him I just wanted to do my 50 alloy bounty for “rounds” won. Then I realized it was a lie and meant games. I’m just not invested

You do you… I really wouldn’t worry about PvP in a pve game… the only people that take it serious are fairly toxic and not even worth interacting with -
7 AntwortenSo basically you’re stuck between “should I have self accountability” and “should I make excuses”.

17 AntwortenIt's PvP, mate. I equate it to gambling, you win some, you lose more. People need to enter with this in mind and be prepared to get absolutely crapped on. Only with this mindset will you ever be comfortable with it, and it'll make the wins a lot more rewarding.

6 AntwortenYour best bet *might* be Comp — that’s the only playlist purposely built to separate skill levels. However, it can only function like that with a high enough player population, so I make no promises.

I want to ask so we have a clearly defined meaning in the context of this post. What exactly are you qualifying as a "sweat" in this context.

At first you have my respect because you don't act like many others here that the game or cheater in "every match" is the reason why you have a bad time in pvp. 👍 I helped many people in my country to get better in pvp with some training etc. . So may I can give you some advice: That being said I used some time to check your matches etc. and compare you with the others in your matches. From time to time the teambalance is really bad and you had no chance, that isn't your fault. But most times you are the lower part of your team when it goes to kills etc. . Your overall stats are showing that you are at the bottom 40-50% (Elo, Kills etc.). So your chance finding someone who is statwise better than you is over 50%. So I think you have much room to improve in this pvp and believe me, with enough practice everybody can get better. I would recommend to stay with your rose + shotgun (idk if felwinters lie is the best idea, but if it works well why not?) and use quickplay to improve your aim and movement. If aim is at a good point after some practice I would try to play some rumble matches even if you lose all of them, it's good to get used to the bs-spawnsystem and how you have to walk that you are not getting sourrunded by enemies. If you have most times struggle to reach some enemies you should try to slightly raise your sens. If you are missaiming because you most times aim to far you should reduce you sens. Ads sens is also very important especially for controller. Should be lower than 1,0 to make fast flicks without ads and when you get into ads you can make the smaller moves with your aim to be more precise. But pre-aiming in combination with the radar + movement are the most important things if you ask me. Hope I could help you a bit 👍

Either fear the sweaties or become one!

Yea that is all it is cause nobody else is playing

It's not just you. Sometimes you get lucky and the other side is horrible.

Maybe you're just really that good.
