These errors typically indicate a general networking issue, and there has been a rise in similar reports along with these error codes recently, so it is possible these disconnects are linked to a general ISP outage. What brand/model is your router, if I may ask?

I've been having similar issues spanning a couple years now. I stopped playing for two seasons because of it and only came back for The Final Shape. I will not be playing anymore if I get booted every 10-20min. My connection has been tested a few times a year by Comcast and each time they say it's strong and fast connection. Do you have anything to offer besides the network troubleshooting guide?
