The second warlocks have a decent build, they nerf it to the ground. Titans for the last year have been unkillable, one shotting champions, soloing every raid boss, but they get left. Seems legit.

Those are trials numbers. It is obvious they’re talking about pve. Titan has dominated in pve content, particularly solo content for the last two years. The only argument during that time for them not being the best was well.

Justify that.[/quote] The final encounter of the raid happened to be significantly easier when using a now nerfed exotic combination only possible on hunter, making it the only raid since the release of forsaken where the most used class for completions wasn’t well of radiance. People switched to hunters when getting to the last encounter. They did not enter the raid on a hunter. A titan was more beneficial than hunter up to that point in the raid. With the nerf to still hunt, Hunter is no longer the higher dps class. It is quite funny that in order to make titans look bad you have to bring up the one raid encounter in the history of the game that breaks from the norm, lmao. During day one Kings fall, half my team played solar titan with Loreley. It was so so strong that when it came time to wipe, we had to unequip our exotics in order for the adds to be able to kill us. I don’t think I need to mentioned bonk hammer during its peak. During season of the plunder, arc titan dominated PvE content with extremely high damage roaming grenades that could have incredibly short cooldowns when built into. During the initial release of strand, strand titan could permanently suspend any target, while indefinitely looping woven mail. Later sandbox adjustments and new plants saw strand titan absolutely decimating targets with extremely high melee damage, all while having insanely high survivability. Prismatic titan may be the least interesting and weakest of the prismatic subclasses, but that doesn’t mean the last two years of Titans being the best class in pve didn’t happen.

The first line is completely a matter of opinion. Look I have one too: Hunter beats every other class in every activity. Hunter is still the highest DPS class. Once again, you throw out a matter of opinion acting like it’s fact. And I tried using it many times. Knockout provides almost no survivability. Even now with instant health. You want to talk about OP abilities, Hunter literally has infinite powered melee spam on not one, but two subclasses. Titan doesn’t have that. I think it’s pretty clear that Titan is the melee class, no? About everyone can agree on that? Then explain to me why Hunter with x3 Combination Blow can deal more damage than any Titan melee ability, chain it infinitely, and gain health back on kills (just like Knockout) and Hunter barely needs to build into it, just a melee and a class ability. Like congratulations, you can infinitely suspend one target. What are you going to do about the other 20. Hunter can infinitely spam Invis, which is essentially invulnerability. The last two years of Titan being the most niche class did happen. You want to talk about these incredibly stupid builds that Titan can do, but literally all of them are just “punchy punchy.” You go into a GM with BoW and go try and survive staying at point blank range permanently. You go into a GM with Bonk and try and survive at point blank range permanently. Those two stupid niches is the only thing Titan has, and now one of them has been gutted, and the other has taken significant nerfs to almost every aspect of it. Meanwhile, Prismatic and Arc Hunter and spam infinite health regenning, dodge-refunding, high damage melees infinitely, all the while vanishing back into invis. Solar Hunter can spam knives infinitely and has the highest DPS combo with little to no effort. Void Hunter can make themselves and their team invis permanently with Omni, Stasis Hunter can spam Shatterdive which is actually crazy underrated, and Strand Hunter can clear any battlefield with their Mothkeeper’s and Ex Diris combo. Hunter cooks in about every subclass, meanwhile arguably none of Titan’s light subclasses are strong, their Stasis isn’t strong, and Prismatic Titan and Strand Titan are just too weak to sustain their point-blank playstyle.

  • The arc soul prismatic build wasn’t nerfed into the ground. It went from OP to very good. It’s not bad by any means.

    Except it does. If you used it as a crutch or can’t read, just say that As long as you’re getting kills (which is something you should be doing with devour), you get grenade energy back. As long as you’re building into it (which is something you should be doing), you get even more grenade energy back I ran GMs with it yesterday and there’s no difference at all. Yall are just crying just to cry
