Quick Play is for those who want to grab any random weapon in their vault and have some fun, not for taking your Trials loadout and sweating your balls off.

You know why people are doing it? Because it's sbmm, I literally use like 15-20 different primaries every week in trials since I have more chill games in trials than in quickplay. Until it's cbmm people are going to treat it like it's a competitive playlist

For one it’s just guns, so there’s already an emphasis to try out more of your vault, but the cbmm is the icing on top.

I agree, but that's truly lame because I can't go into Trials or Comp due to the toxic community. It's crazy how they bring that same level of toxicity into casual games. They constantly tell us to go play Quick Play because we're "trash," yet they come into QP with the same negative attitude. It’s not about SBMM when the game is struggling with player counts—they just find you a game, and that’s it.

Any game with any competition is going to have a toxic community. Bungie wanted to make this game competitive by adding sbmm and nerfing basically everything which promoted a fun gameplay. We had things like chaperone in it's best form for years and they nerfed it because everything else got nerfed and it became the best. I remember old days then we had a lot of strong exotic weapons but now it's much more limited.
